His extensive expertise covers Incoterms contracting, trade documentation, import-export risk management, and strategic cargo transportation.

A distinguished professional, Stephen holds a Master in Business Administration and is a Fellow of prominent organizations including the International Freight Association and The Institute of Logistics & Transport. He has held senior roles such as Managing Director of Transatlas Cargo and various leadership positions with global logistics providers like Esprit Shipping (HK), Karl Schroff Associates (US), and Port Cargo International (UK).

Stephen has been actively involved in corporate training and competency development programs since 2002, serving national corporations, multinational companies, and government trade divisions.
